How do I communicate with my Virtual Professional?

You can communicate with your Virtual Professional via email, phone, or chat. We’ll also set up regular check-ins to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Can I scale up or down my support as my business grows and changes?

Yes, you can easily scale up or down your support as your business needs change.

What are the hours of operation?

Our Virtual Professionals work remotely and can be available during your business hours.

Can I choose my own Virtual Professional?
We meticulously select a Virtual Professional whose skills and experience align with your specific needs. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in the final interview, where we will present a shortlist of top candidates and your decision will determine who is awarded the contract. If, after placement, you are not fully satisfied with your assigned Virtual Professional, we will source a new batch to find a better match.
What is your pricing structure?
We offer standard baseline pricing depending on your requirements and Virtual Professional’s years of experience. We are also flexible with your needs whether you are seeking short-term projects or long-term solutions tailored to your business’ current needs, which may include fixed monthly fees or customized packages.
Can I trial your services before committing to a contract?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a free trial for our Virtual Professional services. However, you can opt for an initial out-of-contract, that is convertible to annual, to help you feel confident in your choice of professional before committing to a longer-term contract. Additionally, a rolling contract comes with a flat monthly fee of $200.

How do you ensure the security and confidentiality of my business information?

We take security and confidentiality very seriously. Our Virtual Professionals sign strict confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements, and we use secure communication channels to ensure the privacy of your business information.

Can I communicate with my Virtual Professional during non-business hours?

Yes, you can communicate with your Virtual Professional outside of regular business hours. However, we recommend establishing clear communication protocols and boundaries to ensure a healthy work-life balance for both you and your Virtual Professional.

What is your onboarding process like?
Our onboarding process is designed to ensure that your Virtual Professional has all the necessary information and resources they need to provide top-quality support. We’ll work with you to create an onboarding plan tailored to your business needs.
How do I provide feedback on my Virtual Professional's performance?

We welcome feedback on our Virtual Professionals’ performance and strive to continuously improve our services. You can provide feedback through regular check-ins, email, or phone calls with our Accounts Manager or Representative. We’ll also conduct periodic performance evaluations to ensure that our Virtual Professionals are meeting your expectations.

All our Virtual Professionals are based in the Philippines.

What are the benefits of hiring a Virtual Professional?

Hiring a Virtual Professional offers numerous benefits, with cost-savings and enhanced productivity being the most significant. You can focus on the crucial parts of growing your business and let the Virtual Professional handle the minutiae of your day to day operations.

Do you provide 24/7 coverage?

Although 24/7 coverage is available, we don’t offer it by default. Our remote staff are typically available for 4 or 8 hours a day, five days a week. Clients can choose the time bracket but can’t break up the hours; each remote staff member must have an ongoing block of working hours. If you’d like to inquire about different coverage options (8/7, 16/5, 16/7, 24/5, 24/7), please reach out to us. We’ll work with you to find a solution that fits your business needs
