Screening and Security Process

Confirming the accuracy of a candidate’s professional background and qualifications is a critical initial step to ensure they are suitable for the role. This verification process involves checking previous employment records and references to validate the authenticity of the information provided by the candidates. Doing so significantly reduces the risk of hiring unqualified or fraudulent candidates. This step serves as a fundamental safeguard, maintaining the integrity and professional standard of the company.

STEP 1/3

Reference and Employment Verification

Screening and Security Process

This step involves conducting comprehensive checks, including criminal records and misdemeanors, specifically through agencies such as the Police and National Bureau of Investigation. All candidates must submit the necessary government verification documents. This rigorous process ensures that no professional has a criminal history, thereby increasing security, preventing legal and reputational risks, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, and maintaining organizational credibility.

STEP 2/3

Government Clearances and Background Checks

Screening and Security Process

Upon hiring, each contract incorporates key confidentiality clauses to protect sensitive client information. The Protection of Interest clause safeguards the client’s business and proprietary information. The License, Ownership, and Intellectual Property clause clearly defines the rights and responsibilities related to intellectual assets. Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation clauses prevent conflicts of interest and unauthorized solicitation. Additionally, the Confidentiality Agreement upholds strict standards for the protection of all sensitive information.
